I ordered items on 200$ but got bad sizes and some items where totally wrong, they sent me kids glasses instead of adult. And now i’m frustrated, because i can’t return items back – it’s expensive and can’s wear the items – because sizes are all small! Customer service is not going to help, i wasted 1 month emailing with them….
So don’t waste your time and money, run run run away from this site.

I was going to order a bunch of items from them. I was ordering app. 400.00 worth of goodies. Most of it was jewelry and t-shirts. Nothing heavy.

THIS WEBSITE IS A NIGHTMARE. After placing my order and paying the full $96.00 I owed (shipping included) I waited a few weeks with no sign. I went on to their live chat feature to ask about my order, and they told me that a few items I ordered are now out of stock, and I needed to replace them. I asked to replace them with the EXACT same items, but in different colors (which they said were in stock). A week later, still no sign. I went back online and saw that I owed $13.63 more! I asked about this charge on their live chat, and they told me this was a replacement fee for the items out of stock. No one ever told me there would be a fee for this at the time!! I started reading reviews on this site (I know I know, I should have done this before I placed an order) and read time and time again that the quality the items showed up in was horrendous, and that shipping could take up to three months. I finally just asked for the order to be cancelled, but one person would say the order has already been shipped and cant be cancelled. I would talk to another, and they would say it will not be shipped until I paid the extra charge. Obviously they were all lying! After weeks of back and forth with customer service, they finally told me I could take out some items from my order instead of paying extra. They made me take out MORE than $13.63 worth of items. RIDICULOUS. I have yet to receive my order, and it's been two months now. BE WARNED- THIS IS THE WORST SITE ON THE WEB

ReplyDeleteI bought a a few items, SHOES but all too tight and can't zip up even though I ordered 1-size bigger! BUT
ReplyDeleteI have to admit that they are all very Pretty & Gorgeous but POOR in handling, ie:
- A pair of heels has a nice bow from picture but came with dog-ear-bow instead; as its badly folded.
- GOLD-hearts Sandal: Hook fell-off, sew it ON myself to savage
- Brown FUR Coat came w/o lining but web shows fully lined.
- floral grey heels, came too tight, can't zip up...can't wear I ebay away.
I wish I read this blog before purchase. I wasted so much time on email, chat with them and waste so much money. I just find out use paypal payment put dispute and you will get refund from them.

Size and colors are mislead.
This happened to me 3 times in row. I ordered a few shirts and all of them are L size, 1 of them is like XS.... YES XS I couldn't fit my order so I gave it to my niece to wear it, she is 10 years old.
They send something different than what you ordered and when you complain, they tell you "Oh we're sorry to hear that, we will send you the right one WHEN YOU MAKE A NEW ORDER OR BUY SOMETHING"
last, they don't update their website, so when you pay for something, they tell you it's out of stock so your money won't return back to your credit card but to your account on their website, that means your money will be there and you have no choice but to buy something different
