Not to mention buying online, EVEN when you are in CHINA and at the store ITSELF, there is no guarantee the stuffs they sell you are as they claim. SO, cheap doesn't equate to QUALITY.

All photos, website links, texts are FAKE!!! They are all copied from other websites and the photos are stolen from Taiwanese Yahoo sellers!! They make everything together and pretend those are their own things! Those are what CHINA seller do! FAKE, NO COPY RIGHT, LIE, NO AFTER SALE SERVICE! One you've paid for them you can't get your money back!!!

I have ordered stuff from CCT and Je551.com, and both has provided excellent and are very quick with their response. Like you explain, if certain goods are out of stock, they will actually enquire whether we want to wait for stock or we want separate stocks. In one occasion je551.com didnt even charged for the 2nd shipment. I cannot comment on the material, but at least they didn't come with stains or torn!!

Hope more people read reviews first before they took the plunge to get their stocks from this certain irresponsible supplier

I just had a horrible experience with these sellers after a string of barely acceptable shipments. I want to share it because unlike you girls, my bad experience showed up when I didn't expect it. This just goes to show that there is nothing stopping these people from abusing their customers. I was a regular customer. I would order from them about once per month because I have a store that I would offer a few of their items in. I always had to be careful with what I would order from them and just stick to what items I knew they could do right (out of many that they botch up).

I have ordered from carlvinoparis.com and cctfashion.com. These two have the best quality when compared to wholesale-dress/net and the best service. W-D.NET will send you stuff that is about 30-50% just barely acceptable, and the rest will be fine. I would regularly send in photos of my stuff for merchandise credit. What makes W-D.net different is that they make you copy a form from their website and then past it into an email. Then, you have to email it to the aftersale dept after filling out several lines, some which require you to go back and forth from the website, getting info. Once you do this, you upload the photos and they are supposed to get back to you. This is so much more hassle than the other two sites that I just mentioned. I just reply to a message that carlvin or cct sent me saying what order it's from and what item number it is and the cost of the item with the photo. The next thing they do is give me a credit or refund. Carlvinoparis.com gives refunds, I have never asked CCTfashion.com for a refund because I am a regular customer. I just get store credit. Also, CCT will not rip you off on the shipping because they have on several occasions sent me a refund of the excess shipping price after they have sent it out. When I get refunds from carlvinoparis, they will refund the shipping cost for that one item as well as the cost of the item if they had to withhold it from the shipment because it wasn't good enough quality to send.

Anyway, the last order I made with W-D.net will be the last. They ripped me off for about 50 dollars worth of stuff that was stained, not sewn correctly and coming apart. I had to manually fix others. I had sent in a claim for 5 items. They didnt reply. I sent it again a day later, still no reply. I spoke to the online rep on the website who said she would ask them to look into it. The next day I got a message that they would not take responsiblilty for the damages, claiming that it was not their fault. I was shocked. Before that, I had about 3 items that were coming apart or stained and they just gave me a merch credit for 70% of it! I will never bother with this site again. They are truly in it for themselves and don't give a crap about keeping you as a customer or helping you with your issues when you need it the most.

furthermore, what you see is half the time, not what you get. The photos look much better than the stuff you get and the quality is always sub-par when you compare to other chinese sellers. CCTfashion and carlvinoparis are the only ones I will trust from now on and I am so done with wholesale-dress.net.

Did you know that you can actually go the website and post comments on the item listings saying how horrible they are? I haven't checked to see what they did with my comments, but i was able to make several of them. You should try it. Hopefully we can help them put themselves out of business. Its clear that they offer sub-par items and service. Watch out or any reviews that are good for this site because they now know about the blog and may try to post things about themselves.

I have the same terrible experience with Wholesale-dressdotnet. The worst ever!


Of all my orders, none were shipped the way it should be. Every order had out-of-stock issues, I kinda understand that because it is such a huge fleet. But when they asked you to replace, you did, and you ended up receiving a mix of all, from the initially out-of-stock to the replacement. Then of course, you owed them money! Yay yay!

What is more, they reserve the right to split your order without fulfilling it. This time, they asked for no replacement, or sometimes they would just put junk in there. The shipping rate is consequentially higher, which is already too high. I did receive a huge chinese Vogue magazine (weighed no less than a pound), and a 4-year-old calendar of the bastard Chen Guan Hy!

And the customer service, oh god... They call you "dear" as if you were in freaking kindergarten and they walk out of the conversation with no regard to your presence. Very disrespectful. Very bad English, too, so bad even for someone who doesnt really care like me. Cant take it any more.

Just sharing a bad experience out of goodwill.

I start this blog to share a experience. A BAD ONE!
And I see people commenting online because I used RED to highlight my anger, the whole thing look FAKE! Why do I want to create a whole fiasco if it is not real.

They post a picture and the clothings that came doesn't even come close to what is shown online. 2 Piece of the items I wore, was OUT OF SHAPED after one wash. Shipping wasn't as claimed ONLINE by weight, they charged as they like and claim OUT OF STOCK, but shipping was NOT refunded pro-rated, because OUT OF STOCK.

No email to say what is happening.
You have to figure it out all by yourself and the after SALES was terrible. The email back and forth, back and forth. You feel like you are communicating with a retard.

Cheap definitely, worth all the trouble and effort.

I am very happy to update posts with other people experiences with this particular scrupulous online seller.

I guess they don't refund YOU if they have SENT out something to you. No matter if that is NOT the one you ORDERED or it is FAULTY or if it is not the size. AS LONG as something is SENT out, that is the END of it. I got a REFUND because there are some orders that are not sent out at ALL. But in the end, the SHIPPING is CRAP because average out, the shipping cost is NOT WORTH it at ALL! Anyway thou cheap really is not worth all the TROUBLES. Spread the word out!

They are being a BULLY because we cannot possibly FLY over to china to solve the case right!?

They would only give you small part of the refund back (about 20% of the item price only) if they want to, otherwise they will come up with a ridiculous reason not to refund anything at all. They will try their best to rip you off. At the end, you are not buying cheap as you are paying for those faulty products that they sent.
WHOLESALE-DRESS.NET (wholesale city) is a very bad seller that i have ever experienced.
Hopefully more people can find their way here and read about all these experience by different people to BEWARE of this seller.

Maybe we are just the unlucky few but WHY TAKE RISK when you have to make HUNDREDS of dollars for MINIMUM order to risk so much PROBLEMS and TROUBLES. Seriously I rather you spend that ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS on ONE expensive dress to save on all the 'DRAMA' that you have to FOLLOW up later on!

I understand that there are alot MORE people who like me wanting to warn other people of this PARTICULAR seller because everything on their websites and their pricing look too good to be TRUE. YA, it is TOO GOOD to be true! And I learnt my lesson, hoping my lesson can help LESS people to be CON by them!

My reply : Hi, I understand how PISSED you are, in the end I am so angry with myself, I just throw ALL the order away. Looking at the RUBBISH make me so pissed with myself. This is so TRUE! I bought products from them too, so happy that i found what i am looking for. I made a big (for me it is big)purchase from them, $250US.

I have to follow up my order almost everyday, reminding them of my order and asked that they check the items before sending them out.

Despite the fact that i've politely asking them to send me the correct items that i've ordered, they sent me 40% of the items that are not as described. FAULTY with wrong style, wrong length, wrong sizing (one of the free size items would ONLY fit a 3-4 YEAR OLDS- and i am not joking), bad materials...etc.

After so many emails (i keep emailing them even when they dont reply to my emails), they still cant solve the problems to the acceptable standard. I am so upset!

Their refund policy is ridiculous! They wont exchange for the correct items for me. They would only give 30% REFUND for items that THEY THINK they should (after making me providing them with proofs... - WASTING SO MUCH TIME!!!), and will not refund anything for the postage. Therefore, i am paying 70% or more + postage cost for items that i will not wear.

After all, i think we are not getting the products cheap as we are paying for those FAULTY products that they sent too.

Very dishonet seller!

This is JUST my Personal Opinion and personal Experience, one can choose to ignore what is written here. And order at your own risk. There are Thousands or Millions of Online retailers and I don't know how it would help MY OWN Business (if I have one), if I only target only ONE online retailer to write SUCH a LONG and Lenghty POST!?Hahahaha But if you are one who does this, YOU must be a GENIUS to think of such to 'plot' against ALL competitor of your business.


I am just a VERY angry and PISSED off ex-customers of them!

And even if I am a competitor and if they hadn't provide such bad business ethics or services, I wouldn't have anything to write, CORRECT?

My encounter with them is a very bad experience.

Firstly, I made payment within 5mins after I placed my order and is very pleased that they replied me to confirm receipt of my payment within 30mins. They replied with this
"got your payment . now we are processing your order. will take 2-5 business days to finish processing then send out. any further informations we will contact you asap."


After 1 week, they did not get back to me at all so I followed up with an email

Hi,

It's been almost a week and I have not received any reply from you. Please advised on the status.

Thanks.


A reply from them was received a day later.
we'll send out today or tomorrow then provide you the tracking number.

However, 3 days later there is still no news and reply from them to inform me that my item has been shipped. After another week of pestering them for news and filing a dispute with paypal to claim back my money, they finally replied and give me my tracking number and told me item has been shipped.

When I received my item, I am so shocked! 20% of my orders are wrong. When I emailed them to check, their reply is a simple "We followed your order." As they had a msn live help, I added them and request for clarification. I even showed them the items I have received through webcam and asked them if it matches to my order list. The person who attended to me is simply rude and unhelpful. She keep putting me off by saying that everything is in order and she see nothing wrong. After that she blocked me from her msn. I added the same person with my other msn id and asked for help and when that person realised that I am the same person, she blocked me again.

It is clearly stated on their site that they offer return and exchange if order is wrong but it seems like that's not what they are practising in reality.
It seems like they only response fast in receiving payments and other issue is not their main concern.
Emailing them is no help because they don't reply to my mails at all. 3 emails went and 2 weeks passed and no news. I have given up and just treat this as a bad lesson learn. Once bitten, twice shy. From that time onwards, I avoid all China sellers and only deal with reliable suppliers for my sprees.

For total US$300 orders, they send me stuffs that looks cheap and some items are even torn! Luckily some of my spree buyers are understanding and doesn't blame me for it.

Everyone please take note and be aware of such DISHONEST China seller online and avoid them at all cost!

I found this online store from Taiwan
(www.moebox.com.tw). They are rather slow in service, took 10 days to tell me
most of the items I order is out of stock. When i check with one of their
customer service via msn regarding my refund, his attitude is damn lousy. I only
asked 1 question, has my refund been processed since they said 7 working days.
He actually reply me, that he's busy and for any updates on my refund juz check
under my profile from their web. I did check before i enquire via msn, cos I
have acutually received my orders but the status they indicated there was "Still
in process".

I wrote in to complain about this customer service, they
actually reply me that I am rude, lowly educated, etc. They actually personal
attacked my integrity, character when they dont even know me. And the best thing
is they tell me they have black listed me cos they can't stand my attitude.
Funny when this is the first time i ordered from them and it's going to be the
last time.

I have met another online store with equally bad service
attitude (www.wholesale-dress.net). They are very lousy too and their clothes
quality sucks. Trust me! dont ever buy from these 2 sites.
